Yep - even if the bike itself is not the greatest loss (though I bet you are playing it down somewhat), it will inevitably bring hassles of sorting it all out and dealing with insurers etc.

Hope it is as pain-free as possible

It's mildly annoying but I think I'm with a decent broker, got protected no claims and excess and they're selling now for more or less what I gave for it.

It was a pleasant bike to bimble about on but not the sort of thing to get under your skin, I'd be murderous if someone fucked about with the Falco.

My hat and gloves were in the luggage but the hat was five years old and pretty beat up and the gloves were older and worse so they were about due.

So this may just about work for you but yo still been put through the hoop by fucking oxygen thieves.

Well it's a small town, I have a good description of them and their vehicle. Apparently there has been a spate of lawlessness. Sundry slightly dubious people are watching. These things have a way of working themselves out.
