I'm off to Cardiac Rehab this afternoon wearing the most appropriate clothing I could find.......

Had a really long session with the nurse, she was excellent! Many questions answered, more that she will find out about.

And part of the proceeds goes to the National Association for Bikers with a Disability (NABD) which "helps disabled people to enjoy the freedom and independence of motorcycling" - mostly by paying for their bikes/trikes to be adapted for their disability.
