Not sure which thread to put this on but it made me smile after the worry was over, funny how little things can cross the generational age gap

Been play fighting with the little man this evening
( look up how to fight a baby on you tube )
http://m.youtube.com/watch?v=mTWfqi3-3qU

Well first we noticed some blotched reddish marks .. Apparently I need to shave before blowing raspberries and pretending to eat his feet
Anyway after he had me pinned on a 3 count he clambered up and blew one of the best raspberries on my arm I've ever heard

Who said I would have nothing useful to show him I'm quite proud that at his under 1 years that he can do that :)
Oh and before anyone doubts it he repeated the move then pinned his mama and did the same to her

Just thought I'd share that it may get me through the week

As an update we were play fighting last night and as I got his nappy changed and sleep suit on I thought I had won but then as I went for the go to sleep cuddle he looked at me smiled shook his head and pushed me away ... Bugger he won!

It's not about wining and loosing... or if you must, with unconditional love you must have already won to be in the game.

I really like that I may steal it :)
Got to be honest the winning and losing is a bit toungue in cheek as I do a commentary when we are playing but yes look at the wee man and know I've never done anything so worthwhile in my life.
Plus I have to enjoy this time as my friend with two older boys says at this point they think you are wonderful but in a few years they realise that you are just some old embarrassing pillock! LOL :)

You can still enjoy being an embarrassing pillock, all that practice you have put in you might as well enjoy the results.

Ps. I wasn't taking your "wining" seriously just levering off it to make a broader point.

I'm going to enjoy all over again seeing personality laid down layer upon layer...

Fabulous! Enjoy it because although it's a cliche (can't find the accented e on this keyboard!) they really do grow up fast. I can't believe that my two are now in their 20s. However, embarrassing your children is a pleasure to look forward to!
