I mean I am looking at some jobs and though I actually know what AGILE is and I have an idea about SCRUM oh and I have worked in ERP /MRP/MI and ithers I am not an Oracle or a SAP that said I do know a bit about MS and can interface well with other VPN even MDVPN people I ma not a specialist in LYNC or other UC or UM devices as for MCITP, CCNA, CCNP, CCA, VCP well more chance of knitting piss than finding the time to engage fully in order to achieve those

is it me or is the world just complicated for the fekkin sake of it.. theres a guy scarifying my lawns now and as its cash in hand I bet hes on more than I would be with half of those things

well - its like this for nursing

we used to do two sets of finals - one was the hospital final - where you trained, and then you did the state final. The first allowed you to work in that hospital and the other allowed you to work in any hospital. This then changed so you only did the one final and you then became a State Registered Nurse. If how ever you failed that then you could work as an Enrolled or junior nurse - though many nurses elected to do the State Enrolled Nursing as a career choice - the training was only 2 rather than 3 years.

over time and government changes this became Registered Nurse (RN) and to show the different disciplines of nursing letters were added - Officially I am RNa 1 - i.e., Registered Nurse adult and on part one of the Nurses register - every year we get mugged for £76 for the NMC to maintain a register of nurses. Other disciplines are MH - mental health, P - Paediatric, LD learning disability.

The registration means that we are at a certain standard of practice and are keeping our registration means that we not only have to practise, but also do so much study/training in a year. It also means that we are bound by our code of conduct which is a huge document that says what we should do and cannot do etc..... when people get struck off - and a lot do get struck off per year (2006 to 2010 994 were struck off - since then the number is increasing) it is because they have broken the code....

now on paper, i am less qualified than a newly qualified degree nurse - as i have no degree in nursing.....

Funnily enough we do have sheep on tap at the moment and yes they haven't been done for 8 years no way I was having a go with my hands

In my line of work they're used to confuse the customer, especially awkward ones, and trick them into thinking "this guy knows what he's on about".....Yer AAV is venting and yer PRV is passing, the FSD is up the spout and dont start me on yer DPDCR,LS and TRV's....... Oh , that 'll be 180 sobs squire and i'll back tomorrow . ACS? definately

Agile and Scrum ...nowt wrong with them better than 2 princes at least they accept that everything will be going tits up at some point ....and just concentrate on how to spread the blame outside of the people responsible for it
