MCE insurance

called me today o let me know my insurace was due ,
i did get a quote on the web for them at £153 and he said he could beat their own quote if i take it out today

and he did (surprse)

fully comp , rac, leather and helmet cover, no claims protection, legal fees, drive abroad thing, pillion cover , etc all for £170,

thats not all thats for 15 months yes 15 months :smt001 :smt001 :smt001

That's good.

I was getting quotes of around £150, without so many extras, until I added the aftermarket exhaust at which point ALL the quotes went up by £100! It's a f*cking joke and seems to be the new way to screw over punters by over-charging for modifications.

In my experience they do give low cost cover but not the level that you get from Mrs Nash and charge a fortune for any changes or upgrades

Ask them to do a quote without legal expenses insurance (which you don't need) and watch the premium drop again
It is better to arrive 30 seconds late in this world than 30 years early in the next
