Blast from the past

#1 Post by T.C. » Fri Mar 01, 2013 10:44 am

Last night I was the guest speaker at the Kent Advanced Motorcycle Groups monthly meeting at Brands Hatch.

I started the presentation, looked down at there sat in front of me was my old Police motorcycle instructor Terry Friday who I have not seen in over 30 years.

Afterwards we had a long chat and it was like we only had a conversation yesterday.

It was nice to be able to thank him after all these years, because anything I have achieved subsequently in the motorcycle world can be attributed to him
It is better to arrive 30 seconds late in this world than 30 years early in the next

There are a few people who's paths I hope to cross in the future. But in a good way, rather then the usual grief. Encouraging to know it does happen and is as rewarding as hoped. :smt001
Most motorcycle problems are caused by the nut that connects the handle bars to the saddle.
