Selling photos

#1 Post by BikerGran » Sat Feb 23, 2013 8:50 pm

I'm thinking of getting a site for selling my photos - a ready-made one, where you upload your photos and they do the rest. Anyone here know anything about them or any recommendations from people who've actually tried them? Or does anyone know anything about Photobox Pro Galleries?

It's mostly the pics I take of running races, people often ask if I sell them. But I've got quite a few decent landscapes as well, and if I could just get the photos to pay for my fuel I could do more.

You could always watermark the pictures with some text befoe you upload them to your own site, then charge for a clean full size image

Let's face it, you wouldn't go to a nurse to get good advice on a problem with a Falco - you'd choose an Engineer or a mechanic...

There's a story to that picture, which I won't bore you with - but many of my Facebook friends know what it's about because they were there!

Of course I'll have to think of a name for my site - I did think if it was pics of running and bike events it could be "Runners and Riders"
