Dunno why maybe it was the Hannah thing but something made me decide to be all Christmassy so any too culinary tips other than ignore Xmas cancel it etc
Mine is buy boned and rolled turkey goose fat good salted butter cooking bacon strips roll of seasoned sausage meat
Slice the butter into lengths seperate the skin around the more sensitive areas and insert slices put roll of sausage meat inside and cover with bacon strips and cooking stocking baste and turn using goose fat allow to stand before serving
Easy peasy

Impressive, I usually let someone else to do the cooking, while I drink beer.
Mind you, since it's summer in upsidedown land we often have a seafood BBQ, prawns, scallops, salmon, mussels, the odd bit of red meat too all washed down with lots of cold beer and wine, while sitting in the shade or jumping in the pool to keep cool.

That sounds horrific, falcopops. All that sunshine and outdoor living must be taking its toll. I'm sure we could have a whip-round here to give you a £10 assisted package back to Blighty!

Got bloody sunburned to death on Saturday though.
Back in Townsville now and humidity is up as is the temps, oh how I love the wet season. The rain (although it's not started yet) colls things down to a moderate sweat then the sun comes out again and the humidity hits the roof and it's time to run for the nearest A/C.
Still not coming back to the UK though
