I was trying to work out what bits of a Futura had been nicked. The pic looked standard and there was no mention in the description.

Well knock me down with a feather... I was sure with the "odd" wheels it had a futura back end in there

Well I think the Multistrada is a damn sight better looking that the monster which suffers from dropsy and handles like a wheelbarrow.

In fact if you leave out sports bikes, the ugly bikes handle a lot better than the poncy pretty bikes.
