and just to explain for the youngsters
the original black falcos did have blue detailing - Howards and Keef's both have it
Let's face it, you wouldn't go to a nurse to get good advice on a problem with a Falco - you'd choose an Engineer or a mechanic...

Jay's not got one in that colour yet so you can't blame him for not knowing
(other than the fact that many photos exist .....)

Blue detailing..... F'k no that's traces of "light shift".
(Don't you all get that?)

Travelling the other way in a van with tarmac livery on it... There were a couple of bikes parked up in a lay by on the by pass and i swung back to see if you had pulled in with them. obvouosly not
Pete i don't recall seeing blue detailing on your bike... Perhaps a clean might reveal this?

I will forgo the risk of finding the detailing in case a clean finds something worse - like silver or bronze undercoat

See right from the off everyone knew it wasn't your bike as jay didn't mention seeing it on the back of a rescue truck :)
For the avoidance of doubt and for the benefit of my wife, not everything I may say here will be absolutely true I may on ocassion embellish a little for effect.
That said when it comes to motorbikes, I like to ride side saddle with a nice frock

I seem to vaguely remember the van and gave the two other bikes a wave, then was gone.
Ever since you mentioned the police activity in the first bit of the stretch from Beckinghan, (after the bike in the tree accident!), I take it a lot slower than I used to, but still speed up from North Wheatley for the next couple of miles through the bends to Clarborough, as I like that road!

Definatly a good road, unfortunatly the 50 limit has spoilt it.
I have not seen the police camera on there for a couple of months howard so it might be ok .
The ride out today has a lot of 50 limits on most of the roads we have used mainly derbyshire, unfortunatly i sense a trend
