All does not seem well with these guys.
I ordered an uprated starter relay from these guys on monday on line, the payment went through instantly, confirmed by email.
Tuesday I thought I'd have a look at the order details to see if it had been despatched... result no order placed.
I have emailed and rung them repeatedly, no response at all in 3 days,no change in my order status.
Give them a ring before you buy !

Hmmm

That's strange - they've been fine in the past - though I've only bought from them on ebay - never directly.

Keep us posted - it helps everyone to know if things have changed

My experience, (like Andy's), was very good.

Have recieved an email from said assassins, the main man had been on walkabout, for some reason my order never made it to 'checkout' so never shipped ect
He did say he could get a relay to me in a day if still needed or refund !
Thats customer service, now tell parcelforce how to do it !

I had cause to go looking for a replacement starter solenoid, and stumbled upon these guys:

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/120955729151? ... 1439.l2649

£16.40 delivered for a 150a starter solenoid didn't seem too shabby - haven't fitted it yet, but as all this stuff is made in a massive factory in China I'm sure it's as good or as bad as the Scooter Assassins part...
