Many years ago I was in Sainsburys and came out to find a young boy was having his collar felt by plod.
He'd removed one of my Bef exhausts from the blackbird and was half way through removing the other, when he was grabbed, he pleaded that he wanted to see how far the link pipe went into the can end and yes he had a tape measure handy.

Can't remember the outcome but the police took him away and I spent half an hour refixing them.
