Vindictive Weather

Is it possible to be depressed by the weather, I know it's a natural occurence but I think the weather is actually being vindictive.

I have two passions\hobbies call them what you like, cricket and the bike.

Yesterday for instance raining in the morning but cleared up all day and looked nice for a game of pyjama cricket, ten minutes before the game it was biblical, similar to what we had last thurday in the north east.

As for the bike haven't ridden it for 4 weeks and counting.

I'm 50 and this is the worst summer for weather I can remember. :smt013

Just come through clayworth village near Retford.
Rain came down like fookin stair rods, and the road up to gringley on the hill was like a stream.

I actually rode the trike to club night tonight - first time this year! - might be the last if it starts raining again!

Local forecast said showers/light rain - did ca. 100 miles this afternoon ( Cleobury - Llandridnod Wells & back + interesting detours) - not a drop. Followed by dinner in the garden, & a period of time in the pub beer garden, also rainless. What you all moaning about?
