Pete did fantastically well, especially since he didnt get to the hotel, the night before the ride - until nearly midnight!

Only two of us were able to support Pete on the actual ride, Sam's Pegaso let him down so he ended up having to us his Fireblade and I wimped out on my Ducati Tourer out of pure need really.

The weather and riding in Wales were both ASTONSHING and I'll be back one day for more...

135 Bikes in total set off from the lighthouse at Holy Head and seven hours later arrived at Skegness - 260 miles later.

What a sight it was to see the long string of riders in front (and behind) during the night.

Date for this ride in 2015 has been set now - 20TH JUNE.

Anyone who feels the call to go 'the extra mile' (sorry) can Marshall too, training rides out, mainly in the Notts area are starting soon.
