Wifey called me up this morning whilst I was on train...

"...there is an error message on the dashboard and the car is acting funny..."

After some discussion it appears that one of the coils has packed up... again. Guess what car it is... yep, Renault Scenic :(

Anyhoo Renault want £50 per coil whereas an independent garage want £55 for all four... I wonder where I'll be taking my business??!

Will be doing half day instead and sorting out car this pm... but will still make it tonight Andy don't you worry!

Me mate's got a 1.6 scenic.. strange things.. anyway, he's had to replace the coils as they've gone down.. they were about £20ea to replace. Bear in mind i've got a trade pass to an auto factors warehouse.. So anything like that, gimme a shout. :smt002
