I would most likely benefit from a water meter Gio having a large house and only one of my three offspring at home now, but that was not the point I was trying to make. More worried about my telephone bills with a 14 year old daughter in the house.

Well mines 15, 16 next month, we pay £15 a month for local calls, so it doesn't matter how long she's on the phone

Yeah - bit like when unleaded fuel was cheaper than leaded, to encourage us all to use it - then when we did, the price went up. Same with diesel.
The tragedy of old age is not that one is old, but that one is young.

.... which we all noticed .... so, surprise, surprise, hardly anyone bothered to go for LPG vehicles ! ... another triumph brought about through shafting us on previous occasions ....
.... there again, as there hasn't been a great rush for them, it may be worth joining the small band of LPG converts as the price will probably remain low for quite a while (obviously I not suggesting this for my bike - before anyone thinks I've gone completely crazy)

FWIW, the price of LPG down here in Oz has been about 1/3 to 1/2 that of petrol for the last 20 years.

mmmm .... perhaps a bit far for me to come to fill-up
Fortunately, the comparison is similar here. Just checked out the fuel prices within the area I live
http://www.petrolprices.com/:
The Lowest price in this area:
Unleaded 83.9p
Diesel 86.9p
Super 86.9p
LPG 39.9p

Not with the Bronze ones!
My hair fears changing colour .... at least that's my conclusion as to why half of it has jumped from my head.

Well, yeah, there is that... Except we have to drive / ride about 3 time further to get anywhere. It's a damned big place down here.
Just to really annoy you all, the price for petrol (standard 91RON unleaded) floats between 105.9 and 116.9 per litre. That's between 40 and 50 pence, if I have the enchange rate right.
