Larger tank (21 litre); softer tune (softer cams, smaller TBs, totally different ECU). There's also a mod to the vacuum connection of the fuel pressure regulator, which is said timprove fuel consumption; haven't tried it myself yet, but I believe Keith (old git) has - I'd like to hear what he has to say on this.
