A message from my friend.
He thanks all of you for your comments and help.
He also laughed that one comment was to headbutt the individual.
He has taken some of the advice given, as there were things that didn't seem "Obvious" to him.

Doesn't the same rule apply on bikes as in a car?
In a car if you hit someone from behind it is generally your responsibilty as you were obviously driving too close and not paying attention.

I think he meant headbutt him from the front so not sure that applies

For the avoidance of doubt and for the benefit of my wife, not everything I may say here will be absolutely true I may on ocassion embellish a little for effect.
That said when it comes to motorbikes, I like to ride side saddle with a nice frock
