Send as a gift as far as I'm aware. I'm sure someone will be along to confirm or otherwise soon

Most motorcycle problems are caused by the nut that connects the handle bars to the saddle.

https://www.paypal.com/uk/cgi-bin/websc ... splay-fees (yes youll have to login to see that page)
money in your account, send as a personal gift
BUT
youre not covered by paypal if its sent for goods and they never arrive as youre circumnavigating the goods payment protection feature by sending as a gift

Yup, as Will says, send as a gift, minute charge by comparison.
Google Paypal, click on send money, then ( I think ) click on services ( dont click as a payment )
Something like that, not too difficult, even I managed it

send money -> personal tab -> select the gift option
they only charge for the card transaction.

Bit cheeky that PayPal's send funds page defaults to the 'business' tab rather than the 'personal' one. Loads of people don't even realise you can send personal payment and not get charged for them.

Well I spose when it comes down to it, Paypal is very convenient, but it is a business after all, and have to make their money ton keep going.
