Stolen during the riots

#1 Post by Kwackerz » Tue Aug 09, 2011 10:40 am

Nowt to directly do with RS, but from Twitter:
A forum pal pushed off his bike in Peckham, bike stolen. Red CB1000R, KX10 WDC

If anyone sees it let the Police know and/or @RichWoolgar on twitter..

At least he wasn't hurt. I guess it falls just short of a civil war exclusion on his insurance. :smt002

Doubt he'll get it back and will it even be insured? A lot of insurance excludes civil disorder.

I don't know Burty but very sorry to hear this.
Hope he's not doubly affected through insurance small-print.

Never mind civil war being used as an excuse not to pay out, the insurance company were said to be 'reviewing' the case because... the keys were in the ignition when it was taken :smt013
