What little remaining hair I have is now being torn out with gusto ....
Progress ..... a minor triumph .... I have got something to arrive in my Ridersite mail inbox ..... an email send to my ridersite mail account from my ridersitemail account.
I have also received the following at my main email account (in fact I've received one of these for every email I sent to the ridersitemail account:
Any ideas before I give up completely ......
It used to work fine when I used it previously

So, what is this thing and where does it live? Take it you're not on about PM's?

There's a link to it from this sticky (and probably other places too):
https://www.ridersite.com/viewtopic.php?t=558
.... and, no, we're not talking about PMs - this is an email service
(that doesn't seem to like me any more - though it has been very useful in the past)

Just tried mine to my gmail, it works however when i clicked back i got an error message for returning to the previous screen. hmm email came thru alright though
I will send an email tonight to everyone.net and inform them the system is playing up.
Just tried again and all is well. maybe the fact it's US based is the problem, with it being during a high usage time
It's paid for so I want it working!!

Tim, did you ever hear back from them? - I'm still having exactly the same problem and can't find anything that sorts it out (don't think anything has changed my end since it used to work)

Hmmm .... it's not sending them that's the big issue - I can't receive them at my ridersitemail account - and it seems to apply to everything that is sent to me.
The only think I've "received" is a mail I sent from my ridersite account to my ridersite account

The same spam filter applies to your inbox by the sound of it.
Email spam filters can trap messages based on different criteria including a sender's email address, specific keywords in the message text or subject of the email, or by the kind of attachment with the message.
The Everyone.net Total Protection suite combines the power of built-in Sophos Anti-Virus with our own SpamShield Pro to keep unwanted and harmful spam email away from your Inbox.
In spite of the cost of living, it's still popular.

What's your problem?
It's obviously the most succesful spam filter ever - it filters out everything so there's no chance of you or anyone else getting any spam!
Wonderful!
