Let's hear it for eBay...

#1 Post by mangocrazy » Sun Jan 18, 2009 9:36 pm

I must admit, I trawl eBay for stuff that I might want, as well as things I really want or occasionally really need...

One such item I spotted was a set of Brembo calipers off a 916 Ducati in very nice nick. They were languishing for less than a tenner with only a day to go and so I them to my watch list. This afternoon they were only at 16 quid, so I decided to have a pop.

Imagine my surprise when I got them for the princely sum of £22 (plus £10 postage)! These are going on my VFR in France as a present for being bored out of its skull for 6 months...

Anybody got any other stupidly low-priced items recently?
