If you play it well, you'll be rich! I'd call a no-win-no-fee legal company if I were you. Otherwise you are against sharks. Google Rider Support (RSS) (drop me PM if you can't find them).

When your fairies see a letter from them, they'll get soft as butter.

i recieved a letter from brittany ferries to day saying sorry to hear about the damage to my bike and informing me that if the cost of the repairs exceed £500 they will require a report from there assessors and then they will consider the claim. the total cost for the repairs inc labour is £2051.95.my insurance (ebike) as instructed two wheels yesterday to get on with the repairs, so i'm quite impressed with them.so fingers crossed it's not going to get written off. so now i've just got to wait for our italian pals to deliver the goods. :smt012

Sounds like good news :smt001

I'm interested in the Givi rack .... (as always, depending on price and condition)

Nice to have you back on the road, whilst there is still a bit of Summer left.
Will look out for you when I'm around the Newark area.
We'll have to get together with Falken and Mango and have a run out somewhere to celebrate!
