I agree with the idea Myrkk, but we do have the obvious problems.
The kids aren't used to gettin a clip anymore, not even legal. So end result would be the local bobby gettting stabbed by the kid "in self defence", following that if he survived the stabbing he'd get taken to court, be sacked from his job, get sent down for a year or two, and then sued for damages of at least a six figure fee, for physical pain and mental stress caused to the scum. Sadly I ain't bloody joking.
This is how far we have sunk. All caused by European Human Rights Laws etc., (or so we are led to believe). Strangely as mentioned in my earlier post the police in Spain and other areas seem to work to different versions of these laws and get much tougher with their yobs.
Actually the Government and the police "management" in this country do not want to police the streets in any way. It is considered not important enough and too dangerous for them, so they pass these duties on to local Authorities for them to employ people on half the money or less to do their dirty work.
