Damn you Orange Customer Services

When I rang them to authorise my sim upgrade they said they would transfer all my contacts to my new sim.
My old sim will be de activated when the new sim is activated so transferring all contacts would be great....
If they had done it.
I can retrieve them if I install Motorola Migrate app on the old phone, which had no data usage, hence the upgrade.
Old sim standard type, new sim micro type.
New phone will not connect to Moto Care.
Supplied user guide does not even tellyou how to accept a call, only 4 short paragraphs and 1 pic on how to set up phone
aaaaaarghhh

If you can save your SIM contacts to your old phone memory, then you'll be able to transfer to your new SIM. The contact locations are the same, just that the card is physically different. Some new phones come with an adaptor to make the small SIM a larger one.

If you can copy to the phone memory, simple copy back to the SIM.. Then it's job done.
Most motorcycle problems are caused by the nut that connects the handle bars to the saddle.

Been doing this for a few yeas as my contacts list exceeds the SIM card's capacity. And it doesn't matter whether you have an active SIM card or not.
