Hi, i have a gold yellow spring shock off a 2003 mille to fit to my Falco, only I need the corresponding link plates and dogbone, If anybody has a set lurking
in with their spares and would like to sell to a good home I would be very grateful.
Or if anybody has suggestions where I can get said links for a reasonable price that would be much appreciated.
Thanks.

I would be tempted to call the known aprilia breakers
I know you have the link to af1 guide on assorted shocks and I think there is a set of part numbers in the thread.... Or at least a good visual guide to the differences

You can get all the part numbers from the Ultimate Parts website

I have some spare linkages
could someone post up a picture of the ones required for this shock (with measurement for dogbone, please), I will check them against what I have.
I am heading up to Helmsley now for the
farmyard party
Yippee, but I am working

BOO HOO, so won't be back online till Tuesday next week.
Cheers

Hi after checking the link & my linkage bits, here goes,
Please note the measurements are by eye with a tape measure so are only a guide
I have two dogbones one is from the Falco (I think) & is 107mm hole centres and 35mm wide, pins are 40mm, the other is from a tuono and is 120mm centres but only 33mm wide, pins are 35mm.
plates, I have three sets
Set No'1 (Falco) A = 76, B= 85 & D = 62mm centres
Set no'2 Tuono A= 71, B= 83 & D = 55mm centres
Set No'3 ?? A= 84, B = 80 & D = 87mm centres, this set is a light weight ally, which Aladinsane thinks may have been a recall.
Hope this is of use to you.
Cheers

Moose - if you can post pictures, I can confirm whether they were the ones where there were some failures - however, to the best of my knowledge, Aprilia never issued a recall (he's probably thinking of the RSVR swingarm recall)

These are the light weight triangles
These are set number1
And this shows the difference in the Tuono (clean) and the falco (dirty) dogbones

Hi Moose, sorry about the delay, thanks for the measurements, I will now try and find out if these are the correct ones to match the sachs yellow spring shock?.
