Although I really don't like ebay things being posted up as it annoys those sitting quietly waiting to snipe ....

Please be aware that these are for the later model RSVR and will not directly fit on your Falco.
The rear is OK but the disc mountings are 5mm further apart - designed for the radial brake setup.
They can be fitted BUT either need to be machined down or you need to fit the front end from the new shape RSVR.

So what are the options?
  • Angelina Jolie?
    Scarlett Johannsson?
    Keira Knightley?
    Jessica Simpson?
Jennifer Lopez? (Oh no, wrong category that's the rear end)

Keira (twice) Knightley?

Since when did she have a front end? She's like an ironing board with a face.

And briefly back on topic (sorry), I've also seen this one on ebay:

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Aprilia- ... 0245052471

Now the reason I post this up is the repair job. This has apparently been "professionally repaired".
I bought a set of OZ wheels from ebay a while back knowing the front to have a hairline crack (the price I paid was good for the rear alone :smt002 ). I tried to get the front repaired and discussed this with some very reputable places - Haggon and Motoliner (plus some local places).
I always got a consistent answer - if it's cracked at the root of a spoke, it cannot be reliably repaired and NONE of these places would consider touching it. That was fine by me - I don't want to take risks with my front wheel.
I've since picked up another OZ front - so they'll be going on soon.

Just thought I'd better let people know in case they are looking at this wheel .......

I had use some silicone on the
inside of the rim just to make sure to not develop any air leaks

After having it professionally repaired? Yeah right..

More likely they fixed it with chemical metal and rubbed it down a bit to look semi decent..

Sounds extremely dodgy if you ask me.
