Nitron shock for sale

I'm selling the Nitron road shock that I replaced with an Ohlins and then wished I hadn't bothered! But as I've put money into the Ohlins having it serviced and sprung to my weight I might as well keep it and sell the Nitron.

I believe it's sprung for someone heavier than me. At guess I'd say 12-14 stone.

As stated I think it's the Nitron Road model. It has ride height adjustment like the Ohlins (something I didn't realise until I took it off!). Lastly, it's made out of titanium and so noticeably lighter than the Ohlins too.

Was the Ohlins much of an improvement over the Nitron? Reading between the lines it would seem not...

I don't think it is but I'm not a racer so as a mere mortal I can't tell the difference. That said I've taken the Nitron on track a few times now and not noticed it (i.e. it just got on with it's job without any drama).

I automatically assumed Ohlins > Nitron. I've since read elsewhere that Nitron are bloody good!

My definition of good suspension is that you don't notice it working and you just concentrate on your riding. If it becomes obtrusive then it's not working right. So by that definition Nitron is good stuff... :smt002
