If the fork slider is damaged (as it appears to be), good luck with finding spares at anything approaching a sane price...

There's 3 and 1/2 there and if you mean the dink its cosmetic apparently but I guess that with all those bits there should be enough to make a good fisrt pair and have spares left over

OK regarding the forks ... to me it looks like there is a very good leg stanchion to replace the dinked one, meaning is would be a complete set of fully functioning ohlins with just the dink over the dustcap which doesnt appear to affect them.so r/h excellent l/h straight but a dink in upper leg by dust seal, functional, cannot see any leak and there would still be bits left over

It's the damage in the first pic that would worry me. It looks like the spare stanchion and caliper/spindle mounting assembly could replace the dinged one, but as far as I can see there is no replacement for the fork upper outer that has been flattened in the oil/dust seal area. And I don't see how you could easily repair or straighten that flattened area.

As it stands, you only have the parts to make one properly functioning fork leg. (IMHO)

It all depends on how extensive the damage in the dust seal area is, and whether it can be returned to fully round. If it can't then the dust seal fitment will be compromised, with knock-on problems at the dust seal/fork stanchion interface.
