Selling the Falco

#1 Post by cornish mafia » Wed May 11, 2016 2:18 pm

Hi All..

Well like everyone who sells one i'm sorry to say it has to go ......Lot of work done on this bike : Ohlins rear shock , OZ racing wheels , progressive springs in the forks , RSVR swinging arm and oil tank , power commander and it's been dyno'd as well so runs spot on , Tigcraft end can and the single exhaust job done as well. Lots of extras with it and you won't be disappointed .....The bell pan does have marks on it and also the left hand side bottom of the fork has the paint flaking off it. Also and this is the worse bit the tank has the bubbling effect on it from petrol being left in the tank while away at work . Less then 10,000 mile and always had oil changed and been looked after but I just don't get to use it anymore due to me going to the dark side and riding a KTM 690R ENDURO ...
Here is the advert and if anyone is interested please give me a ring : -

Never mind the sorry you are selling etc lets cut to the chase .... If you split any bits can I state my interest now before the rush ;)

Isn't the KTM. A bit skinny compared to this butch piece of Italian steroid driven funster?
For the avoidance of doubt and for the benefit of my wife, not everything I may say here will be absolutely true I may on ocassion embellish a little for effect.
That said when it comes to motorbikes, I like to ride side saddle with a nice frock

LOL...I did wonder how long it would take before someone suggested the "split it and sell the bits" offer .... :smt005 :smt009 :smt003

She's staying in one piece until the ad in the local paper finishes then it's open season .....BUT yes if you're after a certain part i could take orders ..... lol

Forgot to add loving the KTM as i'm pretending i'm a Dakar riding god and doing more green laning and off road riding that I can do . Planning on doing a small ish trip down to Morocco into Africa and back ....hopefully in one piece ....most of it off road. Have to admit i'm loving the KTM both on the road and OFF road and once the Falco is gone I will be buying some supermoto wheels to make the most of it .....

.... and remember this is RIDERSITE ..... you don't get to escape for just not having a Falco.

Hope you get what you want for it - I know a lot of effort has gone into it.
