I've got a similar one to this and wonder why people spend a fortune on Optimate or similar

I've an optimate but also one of the Aldi ones that was very inexpensive with different motorcycle, car and cold weather charge cycles plus 6v charging as well.

The optimate has been good but while Aldi etc are doing good chargers at excellent prices, I'm unlikely to buy another.
