Your top product recommendation?
I don't have to be expensive, but it does have to be worth its weight in gold.
I'm going to start with a non-bike specific item I always use when cleaning the bike: Mr Sheen.
I have no idea if it damages bodywork (I highly doubt it, I've been using it for years and never seen any signs of damage).
It is awesome at getting rid of flies, stuck on bits of post trackday tyre blobs, chain lube, etc. Pretty much anything that a decent bike shampoo doesn't remove, Mr Sheen does. Oh and any old furniture polish wo't do. I tried cheaper stuff but it has to be old Sheeney.

Pledge. Polish your visor with it before every ride, and rain simply slides off. :)
After that - most of the products I decide I find very, very good are instantaneously cut from production and removed from the shelves. :(

Jet wash, but miss out the wheels, they are cleaned with gunk (wheels off the ground)
I hate it when people ask if you have a bathroom, I want to say "No we pee in the garden"

Wilkos unscented baby wipes. £0.50 for 64 and they wipe off oil, grease, dirt etc. I keep a pack in the garage and one in the top box and they are brilliant!
