Meta Alarms

#1 Post by back_marker » Sat Jul 28, 2012 2:01 pm

After my Meta alarm shat itself nad died in reading the other day I was left with a choice of paying £300 to get a replacement fitted, £75 to get it professionally removed or attempt the job myself - a job that has real potential to go horribly wrong.

A bit of searching on the t'interweb found this

It's the newer version of the M357 alarm, complete with a special bridging cable that allows it to just plug and play into the old connector, and all for the bargain price of around £160 delivered. Takes around 10 miutes to fit including making and drinking a brew. Service was good as well, I ordered on saturday morning and it was with me by monday lunchtime, special delivery. Also available for the earlier M351A it's highly recommended for anyone in the same position as i was who still wants to keep an alarm.
