My two photo evidence and cert of calibration things came through today and both have offered a driver speed awareness course now the motorway one fine I'll pay that and go on the course. But question is do I accept the three points on the other one or apply to go on the course again having done one in the last 3 years either way a nice alcohol free beer and a round to celebrate that at least one of them should go west leaving me more points to play with ;)

Courses are always good.

I've accepted the motorway one it's just whether I hope that they don't twig that I did the normal one last year and try for that too or just take the conditional offer

If the penny drops that you've done the course before, maybe you can demand your course fee back as the training was clearly crap as it failed to achieve what you had paid for.
Bring in Trading Standards to back you up.
