bars open

#1 Post by Aladinsaneuk » Mon Dec 19, 2011 2:48 pm

For the last 19 months, I have been manager of a nursing home - when i went there it had a few problems....

LOL - understatement of the year!

it is now a nice little, nurse led unit - needs a major refurb and rebuild but, the care is highly regarded :)

I have been getting bored, and having gone through the debacle of Southern Cross folding, I was quite nervous of the future.

I am pleased to share with folks a phone call I received this morning, making a formal offer for a new job - and a new challenge

so, bars open :)

Let's face it, you wouldn't go to a nurse to get good advice on a problem with a Falco - you'd choose an Engineer or a mechanic...

Well done boss! :smt003
Most motorcycle problems are caused by the nut that connects the handle bars to the saddle.

Nice one, Pete. Having seen the way Southern Cross operate I'm not sad to see them suffering, but it's all the workers and patients I feel sorry for.

Sounds like a good start to 2012!

And I'll have a pint of Chateauneuf du Pape. Cheers!
