I'm never very good with winter but this year it's really getting to me and it's only just started

Spose it doesn't help that it was a shit year one way and another, quite apart from not having a summer.

Never used to bother me, this time of year, but guess that as I'm getting a (bit) older, I'm struggling to get out of a warm bed into a cold room in the mornings, setting off when it's dark, getting home when it's dark , just not happy with the whole winter days thing atm.

Pint o' somethin' warm, please, while I warm me slippers by t' fire.

Ill have a (another) hot chocolate with a double shot of brandy and cream on top with cinamon sprinkles... please... giggle

A bottle of Grant's (the JD is finished - poor substitute I know) and I are getting stuck into some Share Options disclosure (FRS20 to those that care)... due on monday

Best we top up the winter punch with a bottle of brandy and some more hot wine, maybe a tad of juice and a slice of lemon to make believe it's 'One of your Five a Day'.

damm i hates it so dark all the time, just paid the protection racketeer (dentist), ordered meat and veg from the butcher, and spent too much on amazon, and do I really have to write on all these blasted jolly fekkin midwintertheftfest cards? bah humbuggery
