new "old" guy here

#1 Post by finn » Sun Aug 31, 2008 7:13 pm

Hello guys and girls.
New user on this site, which i found after buying my 2000 red Falco and was trawling for information.

its been 25 years since i had my last bike Kawa 650z, and it was even old then as far as i remember, so this one is a big jump.
Just want to say thanks, i've got a lot of information from this board.

btw living in NL.

welcome

beer, shit loads of, thanks

:)

Let's face it, you wouldn't go to a nurse to get good advice on a problem with a Falco - you'd choose an Engineer or a mechanic...

Thought I'd left a welcome here but it's not there to be seen ...
:smt017

Anyway, Finn - you are most welcome.
I returned with a Falco after a long break while the kids grew up ... it was so nice to get back on 2 wheels again - I'm sure you feel the same

Not enough excitement for you Tim? - guess you'd miss the thrill of something where the throttle jams wide open at random moments in time

It may well be - those that choose them need some extra advantage to try to keep up with those of us that ride the Bronze/Black ones - It's not always the fastest bike that gets there first
