Hello all, hope you're all well in these interesting times! Mine's a pint.

Haven't been on here much, haven't been riding for a couple of years, but finally spent a bit of time during lockdown getting the Falco road-worthy again. New fuel tank fitted, removed and refitted the fuel filter the right way round when it rabbited down the road, filled up, then drained/removed and resealed (leak on the front, and one of the pump fittings broke lose requiring bonding back in).

New wheel and hub bearings sorted.

New brake pads on the back, and new ones waiting for the front. Good clean-up of the calipers to get them moving freely.

And back on the road! Just a few commutes and a short North Wales blat last weekend, but reminded why I love the Falco! Even better, just bought some gear for my lad who is going to start coming on the back with me

What's everyone else been up to?

I have been repairing both bikes, the RC8 and the Falco, success with the KTM, Falco still waiting for the last few quid that I don't have at the end of the month, boring but essential stuff eats the money....(car)
So close to the finish line with the Falco, now back at work so income will rise significantly in next few weeks

Good to see you back, and glad to hear that the Falco will live again. I still have my Falco and I can honestly say I will never sell it. But I've also added a KTM Duke 690 R to the stable, and I have to say it fair makes the horns sprout...

Welcome back! Nothing like a once in a lifetime worldwide lockdown to spur everyone into sorting their bikes out!

For 'bike' read 'something with two wheels and an engine'. I have two shiny new hips but I still have the gammy leg that made me trike the \Kwak in the first place. I'm thinking about maybe a Honda 90! I'd only want to ride locally on nice days, my days of riding in the cold and wet are long gone.

Haven't a clue how I'd go about finding on though - and someone told me they cost a lot these days! As I'm about to spend a not inconsiderable sum on new wheels and tyres for my campervan, maybe the little bike will have to wait a while.

Yes, I'm afraid C90s have become collectable. The days of picking them up for a hundred quid are long gone.

Brand new C125 is now out

Definitely wouldn't want a new one!
