Tis also Sprog Mk3's 7th birthday, so took him out on the back of the bike for the first time. He loved it. :smt007

I'd love to take a pint off you Will but I don't qualify as I'm a bloody European, half Lanchashire, half German and half Maltese

Wow 1.5 thats alot :smt002 :smt003.

I didn't celebrate either as St George wasn't English, he was a Roman soldier of Greek extraction so was strictly speaking an immigrant.
At school I was only ever in 2 houses and they were both St Patrick's so I celebrate that instead.

Presuming that you mean an immigrant from the English perspective ..... well that seems pretty doubtful as there is no evidence that he actually came here - let alone settled.

Oh, and I don't "do" saints.

I should clarify that, half Lancs, half Polish/German and half Maltese with no Maltese blood line, being born on that sunny little isle allows me to adopt Dual Nationality

That'll be: come, work hard, contribute to the economy, maybe accessing some benefits to which they are entitled (and contribute to through the taxes they pay) and either settle, move on or return home .....

Probably doing 2 or 3 shite jobs at the same time that are not appealing to English benefit cheats

You shouldn't allow yourself to be overly influenced by the media - there are far fewer 'benefit cheats' than you think!
