Discount scheme - how to add?

I recently bought a new helmet and got such fantastic service and the offer of a 10% discount for the forum. Who do I need to furnish with the details to get this added to the 'discount schemes' section?

Let's face it, you wouldn't go to a nurse to get good advice on a problem with a Falco - you'd choose an Engineer or a mechanic...
