Most here know what I do - I manage nursing homes
More specifically, I fix broken / poor homes
The home I manage currently has, apparently, not been compliant with CQC for five years....
We had a surprise inspection today - an unofficially, I will believe it only when the report is published - we are fully compliant
I am so pleased and proud of my staff
On a personal note, that is three fully compliant CQC inspections in three seperate homes in 18 months
I will be staying at this home - I turned down 65k to fix another home on Tuesday!
Bar is open

Congratulations ! Not being in the care industry I'm sure a lot of what you've achieved i don't fully appreciate, but I can appreciate the difficulty of managing to do good job within what I imagine are tight financial land even tighter legislative restrictions, if that appalling English makes sense
