I need a drink

#1 Post by BikerGran » Fri Aug 10, 2012 4:07 pm

... or several, and I need friends to drink with.

Set off with trike and trailer to go to the End of the Road rally in Cornwall, bloody broke down again! Called the rescue bods, bloke came out after about an hour, adjusted the clutch and I set off agin, was alright till it got warm then played up again.
Not sure if it's the clutch cable, the clutch itself, or a gear selection problem.

Got home ok but it's not right, doesn't want to pull away from a standstill. Bugger!

Going to drown my sorrows in a vat of , not Malmsey but Cabernet Sauvignon.... join me?

Large bottle of red with a straw for the lady

Let's face it, you wouldn't go to a nurse to get good advice on a problem with a Falco - you'd choose an Engineer or a mechanic...

For the avoidance of doubt and for the benefit of my wife, not everything I may say here will be absolutely true I may on ocassion embellish a little for effect.
