I think the conversation started to go downhill from, 'Shove your fucking job.'
Still, I'm a long way off being destitute and it wasn't a job that was worth worrying about.

What'll you have?

Well sorry to hear you've got no job but sounds as though this one was not one you wanted too much. Hope it all works out well.

It won't be hard to find something for more or less the same money but a lot less aggro. I might just do the garden and paint the house first.

Out of 30ish people I'll be the fifteenth to leave in 18 months and the fourth in a fortnight.

I worked fro a company that was a coach building company quite a few years ago.
I am quite laid back until someone pisses me off. The boss was argumentitive, i actually think he enjoyed an argument.
And the foreman was up his arse.
I told him to stick his job has i actually wanted to hit the foreman.
Well it does'nt look good on you CV does it when looking for another job.
They also had a high turn over of staff too, i am not sure it was legal but they would'nt even pay you for your morning break :smt102
Old speckled hen here please.

Saves them paying redundancy doesn't it!

When I was at work we got the impression management were trying to piss us off - and succeeding! Next thing we knew, they were paying people to go away - I think I'm glad I stuck it out to get my money but it took a long time to get over the stress.
