Setting up a tab for Paddy & his bike collection service - bloody star he is!

Thanks for the offer - will be taking you up on it.

Arrived safely, thanks to Paddy

Bar is definitely open, & I'm sure the licensee said we can have a lock-in to celebrate.

But first, a toast to Paddy, bike-mover extraordinaire. Thanks, mate.

Looks like a tidy base to start with mate. The wiring doesn't look too bad in the pic, but can't really see it clearly. Frame looks good and there doesn't appear to be much rot anywhere. Well done! :smt003

Cheers, Will. Whoever re-coated the frame seems to have done a good job - no obvious signs of corrosion. Some of the wiring does look a bit iffy in places - a bit too much insulating tape in evidence for my liking. However, first thing is to get it running. I've been offered a complete loom by one of the US guys on AF1, for a round of drinks, so I'll have that, just in case

Guess it's a change from one behind the bike sheds.

(And nice too hear of folk helping each other :) !! )

Let's face it, you wouldn't go to a nurse to get good advice on a problem with a Falco - you'd choose an Engineer or a mechanic...

:smt023 for both of you.
I had a Tamiya 1/12th scale one of them. Only took a couple of hours to build and it came in a box in a hundred bits. Yours should be much easier.

Dunno, had hours of fun pushing mine along the window ledge and going vroom.
I painted it a sort of indian ink colour and it looked smashing.
