I was advised the VTR side stand was a striaght swop for the Falco stand then I came across this:-

Can anyone tell me ------------ will I have to do all this fettling to make it work???

if you dont wat to do all that work these fit strait on
Honda 04-07 CBR1000RR sidestands fit straight in

Will be looking out for a CBR1000 one myself for the new Falco, but they sure ain't easy to find.
I take it the later 2008 on ones don't fit ??
