Too cold, Too dark, Too miserybubble, an my get-up-and-go did one

set me out a row of top shelf please barman and a large jug of mulled wine as it's that sort of season

I'm never very good with winter but this year it's really getting to me and it's only just started

Spose it doesn't help that it was a shit year one way and another, quite apart from not having a summer.

Never used to bother me, this time of year, but guess that as I'm getting a (bit) older, I'm struggling to get out of a warm bed into a cold room in the mornings, setting off when it's dark, getting home when it's dark

, just not happy with the whole winter days thing atm.

Pint o' somethin' warm, please, while I warm me slippers by t' fire.

Best we top up the winter punch with a bottle of brandy and some more hot wine, maybe a tad of juice and a slice of lemon to make believe it's 'One of your Five a Day'.

damm i hates it so dark all the time, just paid the protection racketeer (dentist), ordered meat and veg from the butcher, and spent too much on amazon, and do I really have to write on all these blasted jolly fekkin midwintertheftfest cards? bah humbuggery

A few cloves in with that lemon slice adds that je ne sais quoi....
